Listed below are the times for regular services. All services take place in St Sampson's Church apart from informal worship and occasional joint services.
Sundays Our Sunday services are run on a monthly basis. This gives you an idea of what is happening each week in the month. If you are new to church, have a look at the Guide to Services.
First Sunday 8.00 am – BCP Communion with breakfast to follow
10.00 am – Communion service with S Club
Second Sunday 8.00 am – BCP Communion
10.00 am – Upper Thames Group joint service (St Sampson's or Holy Cross, Ashton Keynes)
6.30 pm – Evensong
Third Sunday 8.00 am – BCP Communion
10.00 am – Communion service with S Club
6.30 pm – Encounter (alternative worship)
Fourth Sunday 8.00 am – BCP Communion
10.00 am – Morning worship with S Club
6.30 pm – Evensong
Fifth Sunday (when they happen!) 8.00 am – BCP Communion
10.00 am – Upper Thames Group joint service (Latton or Leigh)
Wednesdays 10.00 am – a short communion service. Space to be still and spend time with God during the busyness of the week. Coffee served after service every second Wednesday in the month.
Weekday evenings 6.00 pm – evening prayer from the Book of Common Prayer Except Tuesdays – 6.00-7.00 pm, contemplative prayer. Time to reflect and spend time with God.
